Resistivity

Resistivity is the value which tells us how much a material opposes the flow of current through it. A material with low resistivity freely allows the flow of current through it, whereas the material with high resistivity doesn't. Resistivity is measured in Ohm/meter and the values of Resistance, Area and Length of conductor should be known for this calculation

ra l

The values needed are : r= resistance, l = length and a = area
